My purpose is to guide and support your own healing process and wellness, through the use of Reiki and crystals, providing a therapeutic hour of balancing, cleansing, relaxation, release and rejuvenation.  You can emerge feeling refreshed, relieved, relaxed, and revived.  Through a series of sessions, emotional blocks can be released, illnesses and injuries can be dissolved, and the process of recovery can be accelerated. 

I am also certified in hypnotherapy by Doreen Virtue, and offer Past Life Regression Therapy. Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, and regardless of your religious affiliation, past life regression hypnosis can help you to access the areas of the subconscious where defeating beliefs, negative patterns, phobias, etc., are stored.  This information can be brought to the light of consciousness, where it can be healed and released.  It is important to note that you are fully conscious, aware, and in control throughout the session, and that your subconscious (and higher self) will never reveal to you more than you can handle at any given time.  This is a wonderful avenue of healing to pursue, especially when other modalities have failed to fully address a particular issue!
